If this trend comes from 2009, I´m started to feel it on the streets right now thanks to Hanneli Mustaparta pictures, I must say. Anyway, for me, the real mind behind this hairstyle is Tavi Gevinson, the queen of the 90´s in this new century. I love 90´s too, so that´s why I like her so much.

We´ve been evolving in so many things... we´re not afraid of wearing turbans, red leather pants, impossible heels, huge sunglasses... but what about the hair? Are we still so conservative about it?
